Keto sweet cream pumpkin pie spice cookies This recipe reminds me of my childhood days as my grandmother prepared it every Sunday to enjoy her taste.
Today I wanted to share this wonderful recipe
ingredient for Keto sweet cream pumpkin pie spice cookies:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup sour cream (full fat)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
instruction:
Preheat oven to 325°.
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
The dough should be thick cookie-like consistency. Add more flour or sour cream if necessary.
Separate dough into 20-25 small (1-inch diameter) balls and flatten slightly. Place each on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 16 minutes. The bottom tends to brown, so flip halfway through for even toasting/browning.
Top with icing or sweetened cream cheese or sweetened butter and a sprinkle more of pumpkin pie spice. I used melted choczero white chocolate to top mine.
