Keto Peanut Buster Parfait is a delicious low-carb dessert made with layers of rich chocolate mousse, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy peanuts. It typically contains a keto-friendly chocolate mousse made with heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a low-carb sweetener. The parfait is then layered with creamy peanut butter and topped with chopped peanuts for added crunch. This dessert is perfect for those following a ketogenic diet who still want to indulge in a decadent treat without the guilt of excessive carbs and sugar, Now follow with me the preparation method.


  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tbsp Fatso Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Swerve Icing Sugar Replacement
  • 1 Tsp Swerve Icing Sugar Replacement 
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract


  1. Add the heaving whipping cream to a stand mixer or use a hand mixer at medium-low speed.
  2. To start, put your dessert bowls into the freezer.
  3. Whip the heavy whipping cream for about 3-4 minutes until soft peaks form.
  4. Once the the soft peaks form, add vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of Swerve Icing Sugar (Or equivalent, to taste) and mix on high until stiff peaks form.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add approx. 1 tsp of coconut oil or MCT oil until the consistency is thin enough to drizzle. Add 1 tsp of sweetener if desire, to taste. Set aside.
  6. When the whipped cream is ready, scoop into your dessert bowls and drizzle peanut butter.
  7. Let the dessert rest in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  9. Enjoy!
