The ingredient list for Keto Grilled Veggies & Fluffy Omelette (1 portion)

  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 eggs

Instructions;

1. Crack the eggs open in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer for 3 minutes.
