- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 3 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pinch salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 3 eggs
1. Crack the eggs open in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer for 3 minutes.
