Keto chicken and cabbage with haloumi
Tonight’s dinner: chicken drumsticks, cuts made across them with garlic and pesto stuffed, cooked in the air fryer. Cabbage slice was steamed slightly and then pan fried in butter and herbs. Haloumi cheese sticks (a bit overdone) added to the pan with the cabbage to brown.
The outstanding star of the plate was the cabbage. So fresh, slight crunch and very tasty.
But overall the whole meal was very enjoyable and we have enough leftover for lunch tomorrow. (Saved our carbs so we could partake in a glass.)
