This Keto bacon Pancake have me drooling for breakfast! Rich, savory and filling, you might not want to go back to regular pancakes ever again. Bacon pancakes sound too good to be true.

Ingredient Keto pancakes Stuffed with bacon

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked
  • syrup low carb

INSTRUCTION:

01)- Whisk together egg, heavy cream, butter, and erythritol in a bowl.
02)- Blend in coconut flour and baking powder. Transfer the batter to a squeeze bottle.
03)- Set a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and lightly coat with non-stick spray.
04)- Squeeze batter into the pan, forming an oval shape 04)- slightly bigger than a strip of bacon.
Set bacon on top and squeeze on more batter on top.
05)- Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

06)- Put syrup low carb on top .
