  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  •  2 cups almond flour
  •  ¼ cup flaxseed meal
  •  2 eggs
  •  2 oz cream cheese
  •  salt to taste
  •  2 tsp baking soda
  • Topping
  •  1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend

Preparation method Keto Hamburger Buns

  1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Whisk together almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside
  3. In a large, microwavable safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese and microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through and again at the end
  4. Stir in beaten eggs and previously whisked dry ingredients
  5. Knead until a dough forms
  6. Note: If the dough becomes hard before fully mixed, microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften
  7. Divide dough into six equal pieces, and roll into bun shapes
  8. Place on the parchment paper and top with Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
  9. Bake until brown (approximately 18 minutes)
  10. Allow to cook before cutting each in half
