Ingredient for keto cheese chips with Bagel seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cheeses, 1 TBSP everything bagel seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Using the ice cream scoop measure out each chip.
- Drop each scoop full on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes.
- (Or until brown / crispy.)
- Make sure not to burn.
- Top off with 1 TBSP Everything seasoning on top of each cheese chip
- Makes 24 chips
- Store left overs in fridge or airtight container.
