- 60g sausage
- 1-2 asparagus
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 avocado
- 70g tuna
- 1/4 cup wilted spinach (50g fresh)
- 1 tbsp mayo
- pinch salt & pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan and fry the sausages and asparagus until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
