Keto Blackened Shrimp and Asparagus.This easy blackened shrimp recipe is a low-carb easy appetizer, i make this recipe for my Family everyday.Good for people who follow a low carb diet. packed with bold flavors and ready in just 17 minutes. You can eat it as a side dish or pair it with a salad for an easy lunch!
Ingredients for Keto Blackened Shrimp and Asparagus:
- 18 ounces large uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined.
- 3 bunches of Asparagus.
- 1/2 teaspoon of each of these: chili powder, paprika cumin & garlic powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon of each of these: onion powder & salt.
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
- 4 teaspoons olive oil.
Instructions:
1)- In a large bowl add the shrimp, chili powder, paprika ,onion powder , cumin, garlic powder, lemon juice and salt. Set aside.
2)- In a medium size skillet over medium high heat add 2 teaspoons olive oil and asparagus. Sauté until tender about 5 to 7 minutes. Slide Asparagus to one side of the skillet
.3)- Add 2 teaspoons olive oil and the shrimp mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Divide into two equal portions.
4)- If you’re following program this makes 2 servings! 1 leanest 3 greens 2 fats and 3 condiments.
