Katie Couric didn’t have the best experience while on Keto, but she didn’t have the worst experience, either. She shared on her Instagram stories that she did fall victim to the Keto flu a few days into her diet, but she didn’t totally hate Keto. “So I’ve been doing the Keto diet for a week now and I actually do feel better,” she said. “The fourth or fifth day, I felt a little shaky and headachy, but I feel much better.
” She also shared exactly what she was eating: “I’m eating mostly protein and some cheese. And I’m putting half-and-half in my iced coffee, and I gotta tell ya, it’s damn good.”
