Star trainer and TV personality Jillian Michaels has quite a strong opinion about the Keto diet, and she wasn’t afraid to share it.
In a video for Women’s Health, Jillian slammed the diet and its potentially harmful effect on the body’s cells. “Why would anyone think this is a good idea? You know what we need to do? All fat and animal protein!” she said. “Ding! Ding! Ding! No! Bad plan. For a million reasons.” She went on to say that skipping out on the diet is “common sense” and that a “balanced diet is key.”
