Ingredients for Cottage Cheese warp

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (SEE NOTE)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a small blender, add the 1 cup Cottage Cheese, 2 Eggs, and seasonings (if using). 1 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, and 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning.
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over a prepared sheet pan Lined up with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow it to cool
  6. Cut in half if you can’t use the entire wrap to make 2 wraps. Add whatever you like in your wrap and enjoy.

NOTE

you can use small or large curd cottage cheese.
either full-fat or light will work.
Seasonings: You can get creative and add any seasonings you like.
