What comes under a Diet ketosis
Foods that contain a minimum of carbohydrates are best for theDiet ketosis at work. The example of:
- Meat
- Fish and seafood
- Eggs
- Natural fat like butter and cooking oils
- Vegetables growing above ground
- Diary rich in fats such as cheese, cream and yogurt
- Water
- Tea and coffee without sugar
Foods that must be avoided to stay in ketosis:
- Sugar: This means no soft drinks, sports drinks, fruit juices, sweets, sweets, cakes, cookies, treats, sauces, salad dressings, packaged and processed products.
- Starch: This includes foods such as bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, french fries and french fries.
