The easiest keto sugar-free lemonade recipe EVER! All you need is 3 simple ingredients + 5 minutes, and you’ve got delicious, healthy keto lemonade without sugar.
Ingridient for Keto sugar free lemonade healthy
- ¾ cup lemon juice about 4 to 5 lemons
- 1 teaspoon lemon monk fruit drops or 1 ⅓ teaspoon lemon stevia drops
- 8 cups water
- 4 lemon slices optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In 2-quart pitcher, stir together all ingredients.
- Chill or pour over ice to serve. Add lemon slices if desired.
NOTE:
- Use the sweetener conversion chart to substitute any preferred sweetener for the monk fruit drops. (1 teaspoon monk fruit drops is equivalent to about ⅔ cup sugar)
- If not using lemon flavored sweetener, add in ½ to 1 teaspoon lemon extract to enhance the lemon flavor.
