Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs For the first 12 months on Keto, I ignored that pesky sweet tooth of mine. The only “sweet” craving I would give into was peanut butter, but man was I missing chocolate! I kept seeing recipes for peanut butter chocolate fat bombs so I felt like I should at least give it a try. Everyone on Keto talked about Fat Bombs, so I had to see what all the talk was about.
Ingredients For keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs
- Peanut Butter – 3 Tbsp
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Shredded Coconut – 1 Tbsp
- Organic Virgin Coconut Oil – 3 Tbsp
- Powdered Stevia Extract – 1 1/2 tsp
- Raw Almonds – 24 almonds (optional, but they do provide a little crunch!)
- Butter – 1 pat
01-In the microwave (or stovetop), melt peanut butter, coconut oil and one pat of butter, melting completely into liquid form.
02- Add in cocoa powder, shredded coconut, stevia extract and mix thoroughly.
03- In silicone ice tray, add 1 almond to each container.
04- Fill each container to top with mixture. With my ice trays, this yields 24 Fat Bombs.
05- Chill for 20 minutes.
06- Pop peanut butter chocolate fat bomb out of ice tray.
07- For this recipe, the peanut butter chocolate fat bombs must stay refrigerated.
08- Serve chilled. Keep chilled.
